Isnt Anusara following the same trend as Baron's Beefcake Yoga years before just that its now John Friend and its not called power yoga. Obviously the difference you may say is the UAP's (anusara talk for the universal principles :)....dont get me wrong i can dig Anusara and the Baron both. But the resounding theme is bling bling bling $$$.
